On May 27, 2023, WIUT hosted games of the "Zakovat" intellectual club among Uzbek leagues. The 60 best teams competed for WIUT Rector's Cup.

For the first time, the Singapore Institute of Management Development in Tashkent, New Uzbekistan University, International University of Chemistry, Moscow State University in Tashkent, named after Lomonosov, Webster University, a branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, World Economy and Diplomacy University, Tashkent University of Information Technologies and the most famous teams of higher educational institutions and schools, such as WIUT, participated in "Zakovat".

The game consisted of 3 rounds. Each round had 12 challenging questions to which teams needed to give correct answers in a short period of time.

The teams that won the competition were: 1st place: Intra-university team "G'arbiy frontda o'zgarish bor", which consisted of students from WIUT, USAT, INHA, University of Finance, and Medical Academy 2nd place: Team of Uzbekistan National University "Tenet" 3rd place: Team of Tashkent University of Law "Satisfaction"

All winners received special gifts while the team that won the 1st place was awarded the Rector's Cup.

On May, 20, 2023, WIUT hosted the "Zakovat" game among Russian leagues, where 30 teams competed for the Rector's Cup.
